At TUCURUCU, every single item is made-to-order especially for you. Because we create each product on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind.

Before placing your order, please review our size guides carefully to ensure the perfect fit for your new favorite piece.

Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your product arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect, or if there is a severe misprint, we are happy to offer a free replacement or a full refund.
To claim a replacement or refund:
1. Contact us at contact@tucurucu.com within 30 days of product delivery.
2. Provide your order number and clear photo evidence showing the defect or damage.
Once we verify the issue with our production partner, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out immediately or rocess your refund.
Please do not send any emails back to us unless explicitly instructed.
