1. Production Time
All of our products are custom-made to order. This means that when you place an order, we print it specifically for you!
 Processing & Production Time: It typically takes 2 to 5 business days to print and package your item before it is shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping Rates

We offer calculated shipping rates based on your location and the items in your cart. Below are our standard starting rates:
 United States: Shipping starts at $4.75 (+$2.40 for each additional shirt)
 Europe & UK: Shipping starts at $5.99 (varies slightly by country)
 Canada: Shipping starts at $7.49
 International / Rest of the World Shipping starts at $9.99

Note: Exact shipping fees and any available shipping upgrades will be calculated automatically and displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

Shipping times depend on your location and the specific print provider handling your item. Estimated delivery times after production are as follows:

Estimated Delivery Times:
 United States: 3 to 7 business days after production
 Europe & UK: 5 to 12 business days after production
 Canada: 7 to 14 business days after production
 International / Rest of the World: 10 to 20 business days after production

Please note: Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been printed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.
4. Multiple Packages
Because we work with specialized printing partners to ensure the highest quality for each type of product, items in the same order may occasionally be printed at different locations. If this happens, your items will arrive in separate packages and you will receive separate tracking numbers for each one at no extra cost.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders outside the origin country of the print provider, packages may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us, you may be responsible for the reshipping costs.
